Pricing

Published, flat, and not a cut of your revenue.

A performance fee would pay us for accepted offers, which is the number we argue everywhere else on this site that you should stop trusting. So it is a flat price, and the lift reporting stays honest.

Questions

Before you ask us.

If something here is not answered, write to sales@trytenure.co and a person will reply.

Do you take a percentage of what you save?

No. A performance fee pays us for offers accepted, and that is the number this product exists to stop you relying on. You pay a flat price, and we report what the offers actually earned you — including when that is less than you hoped.

What counts as a cancel session?

One subscriber reaching the cancel flow once, on any surface: widget, hosted page, support agent or recovery email. The same person a week later is a second session. Sessions that close within seconds without an interaction, and anything in test mode, are never counted.

What happens if I go over?

Nothing breaks and nothing stops saving subscribers. You get a notice in the app and we talk about the next tier at your next renewal. We do not meter you into a wall.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans are month to month, cancel whenever. Annual gets a discount and a term. Scale has an order form because procurement usually wants one.

What is in the free tier, exactly?

The flow written from your site, the cancel widget, the hosted flow, one billing connection and offer reporting, under 100 cancel sessions a month. AI agent access, payment recovery, win-back and A/B tests are on Growth.

Can I see it before I pay anything?

That is the point of the setup wizard. It reads your site and your billing and writes a complete flow before you install a line of code. If you do not like it, you have spent a few minutes.
